Hollishill Abenaki Autumn of Fogcity (aka Autumn) Black Tortoishell (Tortie) with White Born: 1/26/2006 Autumn - the cat: This adorable girl comes from Hollis Hill Cattery and her pedigree is a wonderful mix of old Maine lines and modern show lines. Autumn is a feisty girl and we enjoy her crazy antics and sweet affection. She has very festive markings with very minimal white on her body. She has a mackerel ghost pattern. I chose Autumn to join my breeding program because her pedigree has some old outcross Maine lines with less than 23% clones. Plus I love her looks! Here is Autumn's first litter of 5 kittens with Tuki. Here are the two red boys and a tortie and white girl. We kept the red mackerel and white boy, Mekwi. Abenaki Autumn - the name: The Abenaki are native people of New England and the word 'Abenaki' means "People of the East." Autumn's colorful patches remind me of New England's beautiful autumn foliage.  |
